High production volumes and ultra-short product cycles are the special challenges in the passenger vehicle business. Limited installation space also has to be taken into account, especially where particularly small makes of car are concerned. Our SCR systems for passenger vehicles meet all these requirements.

In addition to passenger and commercial vehicles, Forschner also knows all about the specific requirements in the non-road sector. On the basis of a modular system we offer market-ready adaptations for mobile cranes, construction machinery, tractors, etc. Small diesel generator sets are also included, as well as all conceivable production volumes, from prototypes and the shortest reaction times to six-figure mass production. Our SCR systems avoid cold bridges, intermediate plugs, or leaks. Each hose can be heated individually. Even with non-reverse sucking systems, the PA line retains full indentation resistance. Specifically, especially fast heating up is guaranteed by means of patented electrical contacts. High-quality hose and insulation materials provide significantly higher media resistance and diffusion resistance than competitive products. This is a crucial factor in order to combat aggressive solutions, such as AdBlue with diesel engines – and it also protects against antifreeze, Glysantin, motor oils and fuels.
